Fae Introduces BL0/ML Mulcher, Mini Loaders

Fae expands its range of forestry attachments with a new mulcher designed specifically for mini track loaders and articulated mini loaders: the BL0/ML for 24 to 40 hp carriers. The new attachment can mulch light vegetation, brush and trees up to 4 in. in diameter.

Applications include roadside and railway maintenance, canal, river and lake bank maintenance, wildlife area management and protection, vineyard and orchard maintenance and commercial and sports green area upkeep.

The head is designed to deliver high productivity, long service life and easy maintenance.

Featuring Bite Limiter technology, this head is able to deliver consistent, efficient mulching. Its rotor features special wear-resistant steel profiles that limit the depth of the cut. This reduces power demand and helps maintain a constant working speed, delivering outstanding performance when mulching any type of wood. Bite Limiter technology also reduces the risk of rotor stalling and optimizes fuel consumption.

The BL0/ML gear motor minimizes routine maintenance and eliminates the need for a dedicated case drain line.

Spike PRO counter blades reduce power absorption and produce a finer final product. The Spike PRO system uses offset, interchangeable counter blades to deliver finer mulching and smoother flow of wet material. Their special design makes them effective on both very hard wood and more flexible brush.

Rounding out the attachment's features are interchangeable, adjustable skids for greater operating precision and adaptable mounting plates that enable use with a range of mini loaders. The standard safety chain and Lexan windshield further enhance operator safety.

The new BL0/ML can be equipped with BL/MINI blades or C/3/MINI teeth and is available in BL0/ML-75 and BL0/ML-100 widths.
