The Michigan Association of Timbermen welcomed forestry professionals, equipment dealers, manufacturers and suppliers to Gaylord, Mich., Aug. 7–8 for the 2026 Michigan Forest Products Show.
Held at The Ellison Place, the biennial statewide trade show brought the forest products industry together for two days of equipment displays, networking and entertainment.
Indoor and outdoor exhibits gave attendees an up-close look at equipment and products for logging, land clearing, material processing, trucking and other forestry applications. Equipment dealers and manufacturers met with customers throughout the show, providing an opportunity to discuss the latest machines, technology and industry developments.
The event attracted forestry professionals and businesses from across Michigan and the Great Lakes region, creating opportunities to reconnect with customers, make new industry connections and learn more about products and services available to the forestry market.
Beyond the exhibits, the show featured entertainment and family-friendly activities. Michigan's Lumberjacks & Jills hosted a lumberjack competition, adding plenty of action to the event.
Founded in 1972, the Michigan Association of Timbermen represents businesses involved in growing, harvesting, hauling and processing forest products throughout Michigan. The organization promotes sustainable forestry, works to strengthen the forest economy and advocates for the industry statewide.
The 2026 Michigan Forest Products Show once again provided a gathering place for Michigan's forestry community to see the latest equipment and technology while celebrating the people and businesses that keep the state's forest products industry moving.
